A workplace that brings together luxury, functionality and a strong sense of identity. Located on Racecourse Road, the entire building was taken up by Motilal Oswal, offering an opportunity to create a cohesive design experience from the façade through to the interiors. As part of the transformation, the building façade was also renovated to establish a contemporary and distinguished presence.

The interiors were designed with different expressions across the floors—some envisioned with a luxurious and sophisticated character, while others followed a more functional and efficient approach, keeping the existing structure and spatial essence in mind.

Rich materials, refined detailing and carefully considered spatial planning create a balance between elegance and practicality. Each floor responds to its specific function while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the building.

The completed workplace received a very positive response, with Mr. Motilal Oswal himself appreciating the design and overall transformation of the office.
